Exhibitor Tables – $350

Exhibitor tables provide a dedicated space within the convention hall to interact with attendees throughout the day. Each exhibitor package includes:

• One exhibitor table in a high-traffic area of the convention hall
• Two exhibitor registrations
• Breakfast, lunch, light refreshments, conference T-shirts, and guest campus parking pass for each exhibitor
• Visibility to students, faculty, and safety professionals during networking breaks and poster sessions
• Inclusion on the convention website and event materials
